Job Description 

The Garden Educator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and success of MSTFP curriculum and school garden lessons within the Montezuma-Cortez school district. The Garden Educator will work closely with the Executive Director and Education Director to meet the teaching requirements, develop and implement programs, supervise AmeriCorps service members, and meet other organizational needs to ensure the success of MSTFP programs

Garden Educator Responsibilities: 

This position emphasizes liaison and leadership skills: the focus is on fostering and maintaining excellent relationships and communication between (a) the AmeriCorps service members, and, (b) MSTFP and local school districts (Montezuma-Cortez School District).
