Job Description 

The Executive Director (ED) of the Montezuma School to Farm Project (MSTFP) provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight for the organization, ensuring the fulfillment of its mission to connect local agricultural heritage with the future of our youth through hands-on garden-based education. The ED is responsible for overseeing the administration, fiscal management, program development and evaluation, fundraising, community and school partnerships, board relations, and staff management.
